Our Warranty

CAUS offers a one year limited warranty on all purchased from thisismycaus.com. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects such as thermal performance issues, defective lids, and, of course, any damages that occurred during transit.

CAUS reserves the right to ask that the product be shipped to the office for further review if necessary. In that case, a shipping label will be provided free of charge.

CAUS will review all cases. In the event that CAUS determines a replacement is necessary, we will replace the product with the same style and size. If that product is not available, the closest style will be sent as a replacement.

CAUS’s one-year limited warranty does not cover any issues due to improper use, normal wear and tear, paint finishes, defects from drops, defects resulting from not following care instructions (i.e. dishwashing), or loss / theft of the bottle.
